National Campaign for Education Nepal (NCE Nepal) with an aim to explore the roles of education media on strengthening public education organized a consultation program with the Education journalists on June 16 & 17, 2017 at Bhaktapur Guest House. Journalists from different media agencies expressed their solidarity on promoting issues of public education to the wider stakeholders and create mass sensitization on one hand, while on the other hand facilitate the advocacy and lobby campaigns of NCE Nepal with the government agencies and policy makers. Beside these, a major highlight of the program was the inauguration of the book published by NCEN titled “Education related provisions in the constitution: Role & Responsibilities of the Local Government in Present Context and experiences from some countries”.
